16 X 20 X 2 Carbon Pleated Filter (actual size 15-1/2" X 19-1/2" X 1-3/4") These premium quality odor reduction carbon impregnated pleated filters are interchangeable with existing HVAC filters.  The filter provides moderate dust/particulate holding capabilities but does not carry a MERV rating as it's primary function is the control of odors.  Odorous gases and vapors are attracted to and held by the unique properties of the activated carbon material.   Filter last approximately 3 months under normal use.   Ideal applications include the control of odors from: Cooking New paint  New carpet  Bathroom smells  Cigarette, cigar smoke  Pets Features: Activated carbon impregnated in a non-woven polyester media Heavy duty beverage board frame 33 gauge media support metal grid Contains approximately 10.44 grams of carbon per square foot of media Listed and rated by Underwriters Laboratories as U.L.
